2.How CampusRidez uses cookies
This marketing website is intentionally lightweight. We use only what is needed to make the site function and, where you consent, to understand aggregate usage.
- Strictly necessary. Security, load balancing, form submission integrity, and spam prevention. These cannot be disabled without breaking the site.
- Preferences. Remembering choices such as a dismissed notice or your consent selection.
- Analytics, with consent. Aggregate page views and navigation patterns so we can improve content and performance.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party ad networks, and we do not sell personal information.
3.Categories in detail
- Session cookies expire when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them, so a preference survives across visits.
- First-party cookies are set by campusridez.com.
- Third-party cookies would be set by another domain. We use these only for consented analytics, if analytics is enabled.
4.Analytics and consent
If analytics is enabled on this site, non-essential analytics are loaded only after you consent. You may change or withdraw your choice at any time, and we honor browser Global Privacy Control signals where they are sent.
Analytics events are configured to exclude sensitive information. In particular, exact pickup and drop-off addresses are never included in analytics data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5.Managing cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you view, delete, and block cookies through its settings, usually under Privacy or Security.
- Delete existing cookies for a specific site or for all sites.
- Block third-party cookies.
- Request that sites not track you, or enable Global Privacy Control.
- Use a private or incognito window, which clears cookies when closed.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of this site, including form submission, to stop working correctly.
6.The CampusRidez mobile app
The mobile app does not use browser cookies. It uses device storage and identifiers for authentication, session management, and push notifications. Those practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
7.Changes to this policy
If our use of cookies changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Where a change requires consent, we will ask before the new technology is used.
8.Contact
Questions about cookies can be sent to privacy@campusridez.com.
